To be considered for booth space, please complete the Exhibitor Sign Up form. 

 

  • Each 8x10 booth comes with:

  • Access to Power

  • One Table with Linen and Skirting, Two Chairs

  • Pipe and Drape

  • Trash Can (no lid)

  • Dump Bucket

  • Ice

  • BREWERY MUST BRING:

  • All Pouring Equipment Necessary

    Jockey Box including Faucets, Taps, Lines, Keg Bucket, and CO2.

  • Pouring Staff

Other Important Information

  • Saturday, February 10 from 5:30pm-10:00pm

    All breweries MUST be fully set up by 4:30pm

  • TREC will purchase your beer through your distributor.

    Beer through the distributor will be delivered to the facility and placed in your booth. If you are self-distributed, you will bring your beer with you and we will provide a check the day of the show.

  • Each booth comes with 2 Vendor Passes ONLY.

    This event has sold out every year. If you need additional tickets they must be purchased in advance.

  • All Micro Breweries are welcome!

  • Special Hotel Rate of $144 at SpringHill Suites (book by February 7)
