Start by completing the Event Venue Request Form. Our sales team will review your information and contact you to confirm space availability, pricing, and next steps.

Payments can be made by check, credit card, or electronic transfer. Your contract will outline deposit schedules and due dates.

Your rental includes standard setup, tables, chairs, basic staging, and on-site facility support. Additional A/V, security, décor, and equipment are available à la carte.

We offer a full range of rental equipment including projectors, screens, lighting, staging, pipe & drape, and more. Pricing depends on your event’s size and needs—see our Meeting Services page.

Outside A/V providers are welcome, though coordination with our in-house team is required to ensure safety and compatibility. Power drops, rigging, and internet lines must be ordered through the Convention Center.

You may use a professional decorator or decorate your space yourself. All décor must follow facility guidelines—no tape on walls, glitter, or confetti. Our staff does not place decorations or meeting materials.

Open-flame candles are not permitted. LED or battery-operated candles are allowed upon approval.
