Booth Pricing & Size Details

Booths include standard booth furnishings and event utilities as outlined on this page.

Each 8' x 10' Booth Includes:

  • Access to power

  • One table with linen and skirting

  • Two chairs

  • Pipe and drape

  • Trash can (no lid)

  • Dump bucket

  • Ice

Brewery Must Bring:

  • All necessary pouring equipment

    Jockey box including faucets, taps, lines, keg bucket, and CO2

  • Pouring staff

    B4T will not supply pouring staff

Register Your Booth

Please Note:

  • Booth size requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and event layout.

  • Placement and final booth size assignments are determined by the event team.

  • Requests for booth sizes larger than a quad booth require prior approval. Please contact us directly to apply for larger booth configurations before submitting the form.

Other Important Information:

  • Saturday, January 31 from 5:30pm-10:00pm

    All breweries MUST be fully set up by 4:30pm

  • B4T will purchase your beer through your distributor.

    Beer through the distributor will be delivered to the facility and placed in your booth. If you are self-distributed, you will bring your beer with you and we will provide a check the day of the show.

  • Each booth comes with 2 Vendor Passes ONLY.

    This event has sold out every year. If you need additional tickets they must be purchased in advance.

  • All Micro Breweries are welcome!

  • Special Hotel Rate of $149 at SpringHill Suites (book by January 17)
